Campbell’s Pool and Spa is currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail mined individual to work as a Maintenance Tech Route Driver! The Maintenance Tech Route Driver will transport chemicals, goods and materials from and between distribution facilities, customers, and vendors. Some job duties will include cleaning and maintenance of pools and hot tubs on route. Daily work schedules vary according to business transactions and customer needs.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools.
• Completely review paperwork and records.
• Monitor and control individual inventory.
• Maintain profitable pool maintenance route.
• Learn different filter systems and operations.
• Learn proper pool maintenance procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Employee preferred to have up to 2 years of route delivery driving experience as the primary operator of the delivery vehicle.
• Employee must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Employee must have a clean driving record (MVR) with less than 3 total points and no points less than 2 years old. Zero points on employees' MVR is preferred and considered above applicants with MVR's that reflect points.
• Employee must have a valid driver's license in the state of his/her employment.
• Employee must be prepared and flexible to perform associated and related job functions that are not specifically identified in the job description.
