    CAMPBELL'S POOL & SPA INC. has an immediate opening for a Service Scheduler. The Service Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, distribution and scheduling of client service requests in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Co-ordinate Service Department in daily and weekly routes
    • Manage timely processing of quotes and service requests for the Service Department relating to all existing and potential clients
    • Provide written and verbal follow-up with clients, taking ownership from beginning to end for exceptional customer experience
    • Proactively identify and contact clients to schedule routine spa service.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports
    • Maintain and track all parts on order to ensure service/maintenance is fulfilled
    • Maintain Service Department Contact list
    • Follow up and contact all maintenance contract cancellations to validate the reason for cancellation and retain as a retail client
    • Answer and return service department phone calls
    • Process service request calls booked through retail department, email and online and via phone
    • Process daily paperwork from field supervisors and pool maintenance technicians including one-time cleans, filter cleans, maintenance and verify against technician timesheets for payroll purposes
    • Ensure quotes and open service orders are followed up and closed out.
    • Process and send invoices
    • Receive debrief from team on days calls & carryovers
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to OSHA policies & procedures
    • Attend all relevant training sessions, staff/business meetings and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1 years’ experience is similar role preferred

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
