    Camper Van Builder Experienced Contract • Fayetteville, AR

    Compensation: Project-based (equivalent up to ~$35–$45/hour depending on experience and scope)

    About the Role

    OZK Vans is identifying experienced builders for future expansion. This role is intended for individuals who can contribute to full camper van builds with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    Complete full interior camper van builds.

    Install cabinetry, electrical, and plumbing systems.

    Perform finishing and fabrication work.

    Maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven experience with camper van builds or similar work.

    Strong carpentry and mechanical skills.

    Ability to work independently.

    Valid driver’s license.

    Personal tools preferred.

    Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical and technical build work.

    Work Structure

    This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

    Work is offered based on project availability, and contractors may accept or decline assignments.
