We're looking for an outgoing campground attendant to join our team at Hinsdale Campground. Responsible for guest registration and store procedures, while delivering great customer service, along with additional general campground duties. Responsibilities: • Greeting all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance • Provide exceptional guest service in person and over the telephone • Reservations • Check-ins • Campground Store and customer service • Handle guest issues with respect and diplomacy • Walking & monitoring the campground • Cleaning the office/store • Cleaning the bathhouse and recreation hall • Opening and closing of the pool • Cleaning of the pool area Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • Primary language must be English • Knowledge of computer • Customer service experience • Great interpersonal skills • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Attention to detail • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Team player Compensation: $19 hourly
