    Position Summary

    The Campus Coordinator’s mission is to support the local campus through overseeing Campus Operations. This role includes event planning and execution, Sunday oversight, leading the Hospitality team, building connections, and managing communications with congregants & volunteers.

    Campus Hospitality Team Director

    Provide leadership to the Hospitality Team including; recruitment, onboarding and training of volunteers, team organization, development of team members through the discipleship pathway, identifying team leaders and leadership development.

    Oversee appropriate team communication and data collection including team check-in, weekly emails, keeping ROCK group up to date, team scheduling and regular team communication.

    Implement strategy and execution for the Sunday experience.

    Implement strategy and execution for campus special events.

    Meets regularly with Campus Pastor.

    Meets regularly with Central Hospitality Team Director.

    Campus Operations

    Manage Campus Hospitality & Lobby Ops and Hospitality Team budget.

    Purchase and manage inventory of all supplies needed for Sundays and events.

    Purchase and manage venue specific supplies (cleaning, hygiene, etc.)

    Assist Campus Pastor in venue management and organization.

    Assist Next Steps Director with entering welcome cards when necessary.

    Assist Campus Ministry Leads with requests for design and other creative elements as needed.

    Assist Campus Pastor in oversight and management of room reservation requests, building use and building access for all internal and external events.

    Next Steps Director

    Administer First Guest engagement and follow-up strategy

    Facilitate all next steps connections

    Recruit volunteer team to assist in making Next Steps connections

    Oversee welcome card entry into the ROCK database

    Oversee Communications including campus web page & Facebook profile

    Facilitate the promotion, sign-up, facilitation, operations, and follow-up process for Baptisms, Essentials, Membership Classes, Vision Nights, Christmas, Easter, etc.
