    Position Summary

    The Campus Coordinator’s mission is to support the campus by building a diverse hospitality team and creating a lobby experience where people can meet Jesus and connect to Vox Church every Sunday. The role includes Sunday oversight, weekly communication with leaders, development of the servant team, and campus operations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Campus Operations

    Manage Sunday church operations

    Assist CP in managing Campus Hospitality and Operations budget

    Purchase and manage inventory of all supplies needed for Sundays and events

    Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors

    Assists in venue management and organization within the campus

    Coordinates and oversees office volunteers to help with operations during the week

    Partner with Central Hospitality lead to pilot ongoing new initiatives in programming, structure, and branding

    Hospitality Team Director

    Provide leadership to the volunteer team, including Hospitality Teams and Security team.

    Implement strategy and execution for the Sunday experience

    Identify leaders for hosptality teams

    Connect regularly with Central Hospitality Lead

    Participate in Hospitality Team Director Central trainings & meetings as needed

    Check-Ins/Confirmations: Send emails throughout the week and oversee necessary scheduling for teams

    Meet regularly with Campus Pastor to discuss the hospitality team plan

    Assist Campus Pastor in managing Campus Hospitality Team budget

    Oversee the First Serve process and track the hospitality team retention rate

    Manage hospitality team onboarding process through the Vox Church database

    Recruit, develop, and facilitate the discipleship of volunteers and key leaders

    Campus Events and Special Projects Coordination

    Facilitate the promotion, sign-up, execution, operations, and follow-up process for Baptisms, Essentials, Vision Nights, Christmas, Easter, etc.

    Order event supplies and request design for creative elements as needed

    Recruit volunteer teams as required for campus-specific events

    Oversee administration for outreach events (organizing supplies, emails to volunteers, etc.)

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    This position requires a love for Christ and a desire to grow deeper in a relationship with Him. It is essential that the individual filling this role also has a heart to see people find life in Christ.

    Necessary Skills: Administration, organization, leadership, strategic thinking, socially adept, time management skills.
