JOB OVERVIEW
This role supports campus readiness by recruiting and equipping volunteer teams, implementing building-use processes, and providing administrative coordination for SOPs, scheduling needs, and resourcing. This role partners closely with ministry leaders to align people, plans, and spaces so every gathering is supported with excellence.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Set Up and Weekday Volunteers
Recruit, schedule, and train a volunteer teams to support weekly set up/tear downs and weekday facility care.
Equip volunteers with clear expectations, serve rhythms, task scopes, tools/materials, and finish standards.
Create a healthy team culture where volunteers feel known, seen, and celebrated.
Collaborate with the Ops staff team and volunteer team to support set up and tear down needs
Campus Optimization
Collaborate with ministries to support campus usage
Create and implement building use systems that optimize resources efficiently in a way that balances the ministry heartbeat and set up volunteer support
Coordinate with janitorial and scheduling police officers for necessary coverage for
Administrative Support
Collaborate with Operations Director and Facilities Coordinator to create, maintain, and schedule building SOPs and Campus Playbook
Collaborate with Operations Director and Facilities Coordinator to build a dynamic budget to support the current and forecasted budgets
Link arms with ministries to bring their projects from idea to implementation

Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Systems-minded: ability to build and improve processes, document SOPs, and create repeatable rhythms.
Proven ability to recruit, schedule, train, and encourage volunteers (or equivalent team coordination experience).
Comfortable with technology: Microsoft Office, Apple OS, and digital communication tools
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
