MVP Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead a well-established, mission-driven non-profit senior living community located in the Worcester, MA area.

This tight-knit community includes:

• A Skilled Nursing Center with fewer than 60 beds

• An Assisted Living residence with under 40 apartments

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a tangible impact in a smaller, supportive environment where resident care and quality of life are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership to ensure the community delivers exceptional care and services

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial performance

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion among staff and residents

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the financial health of the organization

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, board members, and community partners

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Massachusetts (required)

• Proven leadership experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and resident-centered care

• Demonstrated success in team leadership, communication, and operational oversight

• Passion for working in a non-profit, mission-focused environment
