Spartan Solar is looking for a well-connected student leader to represent our company on campus and help us recruit top talent for our summer sales teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the social landscape of their university, enjoys connecting people, and wants a high-income opportunity while still in school.
You'll act as the bridge between Spartan Solar and your campus community — helping coordinate events, connect us with student organizations, and identify strong candidates who would thrive in our high-performance sales environment.
This is not a typical campus job. It's a flexible, entrepreneurial position where your income is directly tied to your results.
This role is commission-based with performance bonuses.
Typical earning potential:
• $10,000 – $30,000 in a few months (part-time)
• $50,000 – $100,000+ annually if fully committed while in school
You are paid per successful hire you help bring into the Spartan Solar program.
High-performing campus liaisons may also have the opportunity to move into salaried roles and qualify for additional bonuses, overrides, and commission structures as they grow within the organization.

Previous recruiting or sales experience is not required, but strong people skills are essential.
