Nationally recognized for achieving outstanding academic results for students from all backgrounds and zip codes, we have created an innovative K-12 school model that is preparing current and future generations of children with the subject mastery and skills to succeed in college and life. We now need a results-driven Campus Strategist to build awareness and the candidate pool from their campus.

    Reporting to the Leader of Campus Recruitment, the Campus Strategist plays a key role, and is responsible for driving the execution of our on-campus recruitment strategy, attracting and engaging high-quality talent for our network of 49 schools and our network office.

    Responsibilities include (but not limited to the below)

    • Collaborate with Success Academy network office teams to create and refine best-in-class recruitment strategies that enable us to recruit top talent from campus
    • Source and identify candidates through various channels
    • Communicate a compelling message to candidates regarding our strong, collaborative culture and school design in a compelling way
    • Work with diversity partners and career centers to build and execute a diversity recruiting strategy
    • Measure recruiting success and provide key metrics to management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clubs and organizations, which includes providing information on SA, our recruiting process, and helping to determine area of interest
    • Organize on-campus/virtual events aimed at raising awareness
    • Educate candidates about the nature of the roles offered and assist them in navigating opportunities
    • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and work through ways to streamline processes
  • Qualifications
    • Effective organization, planning and multi-tasking skills, while also maintaining high quality and attention to detail
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment
    • Strong attention to detail and strong focus of data integrity
    • Team player combined with motivation to work individually
    • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and presence
    • Enthusiasm and passion for education reform

    Salary/hours - $20/hr

    • 8 hours/wk
    • Min commitment to May 2023, potential to extend throughout the summer
