    Help create an efficient and effective marketing team by owning and optimizing marketing automation tools as part of the sales process. The Marketing Assistant works under the guidance of marketing leaders to operate marketing automation tools and analyze lead activity, to identify viable prospects and assign leads to appropriate sales staff, and to communicate overall marketing performance to management. This person understands the customer journey and sales cycle and can zero in on the right prospects at the right time. The lead assigner has basic technical abilities as well as dependable communication skills and can effectively assist prospects and partners with navigating our digital space. The Marketing Assistant has a high degree of autonomy, while being deeply integrated into the marketing team. This role does not require coding or graphic design skills. Candidates who have or are interested in developing HTML, CSS, and graphic design skills may have greater opportunity for advancement. Hours/Schedule: 20-30 hours/week. Monday/Tuesday availability is required. Wednesday - Friday is flexible as needed. COVID 19 - Protocols: Please note that this role will be a hybrid role both working from home and in-office (Lake Oswego). Training and orientation will be in-office. Masks are required. Proper social distancing guidelines. Duties & Responsibilities: Build and maintain in-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices and the tech platforms that power our best-in-class marketing. Develop thorough understanding of client journey and sales cycle to identify qualified leads. Deliver regular reporting to internal sales and leadership teams to advance revenue goals. Provide tactical and strategic advice to optimize our use of marketing automation and digital platforms. Learn and understand website integrations, navigation, and function to facilitate troubleshooting for clients and partners. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: BSc/BA in marketing or graphic design, or equivariant. 1-2 years' experience in an internal marketing department. Solid computer skills, including MS Office and ability to use Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to use/learn web-based marketing tools. Strong data mining, analysis, and reporting skills. Process & workflow management. Well-organized and detail oriented. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Compensation: $18-$24/hr DOE Availability: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week), Monday - Friday.
