Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Regional Manager, Eastern US, will be responsible for all functions of Canada Goose stores and pop up locations in Eastern US, including the quantitative and qualitative KPI’s of the region.
They will lead the store management teams directly and will be accountable for store performance in all areas including: store financial performance, people management & engagement, customer experience and operational excellence. They will ensure that all locations achieve there financial targets and the store experience allows customers to continuously conquer the outdoors.
