    Job Description

    We're looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our new team at South Coast Plaza. You'll work as a part of a team to deliver an experience like no other to the customers visiting the store. Whether you spend your time on the floor or in the back room, you'll focus on ensuring quality is a part of everything that you do.

    ENGAGEMENT:

    • Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with brand ambassadors and store management team
    • Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose’s culture

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

    • Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after sale customer engagement
    • Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics such as; conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail
    • Leveraging in store elements to provide a memorable experience

    OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

    • Compliant of store operating procedures to minimize store shrink 
    • Handle all Point of sale (POS) transaction in compliant to company standards
    • Support in the upkeeping overall physical store maintenance and standards
    • Responsible for maintenance of the Visual merchandise directives
    • Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS:

    • Retail experience in a consumer centric environment
    • Proven track record of successful sales or operational experience
    • Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
    • High-volume traffic experience is an asset too!

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
    • Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
    • Proficiency in another language is an asset
