Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop regional rollouts of all relevant educational materials for new store openings, new product drops, or brand storytelling touchpoints
- Lead skill and behaviour trainings to foster a consistent global experience of Canadian Warmth; strength of expertise and promoting genuine connections with all consumers and team members
- Track the efficacy of education tools and materials through validation and skill testing
- Partner with in-store leadership to provide selling and service skill trainings and evaluations on a consistent basis
- Oversee the on-boarding of all new management team members and Brand Ambassadors
- Adapt tools for regionally focused product knowledge that elevates storytelling and selling experience in stores as they relate to areas for improvement
- Engage, inspire, and educate regional network of store team members and provide an always-on best-in-class example leadership on the floor
- Produce and share video content for regional locations on an on-going basis to stay connected with global retail team in an effort to foster consistent messaging and experience globally
- Guide the dissemination of all new product launches through the execution of product knowledge materials and track efficacy of all education through adoption and sell-through
- Enhance the Customer Experience, as measured by Net Promoter Score, through the on-going execution of service standards education in partnership with Regional Leadership
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: apparel or retail industry, corporate education or training, or corporate communications
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations on strategic questions
- Undergraduate degree with high achievement, in a discipline that teaches quantitative and qualitative analysis and critical thinking (e.g., business, marketing, engineering, law)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer competence in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Must be fluent in English

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Typical office environment – active meeting facilitation (People focused; 1 administrative day/week)
- Travel required (~50%)
