FULL TIME HOURLY OPPORTUNITY - BASE PAY + COMMISSION

Must be a great communicator, multi-tasker!

Good with Systems ( Service Titan, Skype, MS Office Word & Excel)

Position requires a wonderful attitude, to care for our customers well!

Sales experience helpful

Outbound Calls, Inbound Calls, Follow Up Calls - patience, empathy & true customer service personality is needed to do a great job in this position.

FULL TIME (40-45 hour per week) but must be flexible! Shift could be weekday evenings/Saturdays!***

Telemarketing Rep Wanted!

Canady’s Precision Air has an immediate opening for a Telemarketing Rep to work in a fast-paced call center environment. As the Telemarketing Rep, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding various questions and/or appointments. You will also place outbound calls to customers in the efforts to book appointments.

We are currently looking for a full-time representative (40 hours per week). This is an entry level position with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:

• Positive Attitude
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service
• Strong communication and resolution skills in order to handle difficult calls both courteously and professionally
• Computer skills -- Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail and Service Titan (a plus)
• Detail-oriented, ability to follow instructions, prioritize, and multitask
• Work well with others; work in a team-oriented environment
