ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute company expectations on all new hire and ongoing training modules.

• Collaborate with customers by discuss their style preferences

• Explain special financing plans, delivery procedures, warranties, etc. We offer multiple financing options so every single person who walks into our store can leave with the items they want.

• Use your knowledge of sales techniques to execute sales and build lasting relationships with customers. You have the chance to make customers for life!

-Provide excellent customer service to every customer, we treat everyone like family.

-Meet and exceed sales goals. The more you sell the more you can earn through commission and bonuses!

-Work as a team
