    Cancer Pathways, a non-profit cancer organization with a variety of programs in several locations in the Puget Sound area, offers a 32-40 hour per week Office Administrator position in Seattle. This position supports the financial and fundraising responsibilities of a non-profit and offers an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a non-profit organization. Cancer Pathways is currently a hybrid working environment; this position requires up to three days a week in the office on Capitol Hill in Seattle and some evening and weekend hours. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Word Press, and social media; and a courteous and adaptable approach to working with staff, volunteers, donors, and members of the cancer community. Key Job Responsibilities: Commitment to the vision, values and mission of Cancer Pathways Schedule, attend, take notes and follow up committee meetings for fundraising events, act as liaison between Cancer Pathways and event committee members and provide administrative support; Coordinate logistics for fundraisers, including managing registration, fundraising software, recruiting and training volunteers, ordering supplies for events, and reporting to and supporting event committee members Process all revenues and expenses, work with accountant and office staff to maintain financials in an accurate and audit-ready state Ensure all insurances, licenses and other necessary business filings are current Manage and maintain accurate donor database, produce donor reports Oversee building maintenance issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree Some non-profit experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail with ability to proofread and edit documents prepared by peers Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and time management skills At a glance: Time commitment: 32-40 hours per week; hybrid environment, 2-3 days per week in office Start date: April 2022 Application deadline: March 31, 2022 Experience level: Experience in nonprofit sector preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000; salary commensurate with applicant's experience Benefits: Cancer Pathways provides partial reimbursement of health benefit premiums, flexible work schedule, access to 403(b) retirement account, paid vacation and sick leave, seven or more paid annual holidays.
