Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team in Tempe, AZ! The Warehouse Operations Associate works hand-in-hand with a Branch Manager, Territory Sales Reps, Customer Solutions Specialists, and other branch personnel to help achieve monthly and annual business goals by providing customers with product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack orders to go out for delivery
• Receiving, inventory counts and other warehouse type duties
• Routine will-call/pickup routes - picking up product from local suppliers on a weekly basis
• Look for, develop and implement cost-savings and efficiency initiatives in our current and future workflows
• Handle customer inquiries and process orders
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 10 to 50 pounds
• Possess a current valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
