    Job Description

     

    Cangshan Cutlery is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer who is passionate about creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and developing and communicating with online influencers to drive traffic and grow sales. You will be responsible for innovating, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing aspects of the business and driving Cangshan’s marketing Strategy. You will be a critical member of ‘Cangshan Cutlery’ and will engage in activities that will include creating digital marketing campaigns, executing, and managing performances and strategies across all channels, attracting new clients and enriching the current business partnerships. You will need to plan, forecast, and manage digital media spend, interpret, and utilize numbers to make decisions that drive our business forward.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    · Plan and execute all performance marketing, (SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns)

    · Set KPIs and determine metrics around which to provide comprehensive performance reports

    · Provide performance reports that include campaign recaps, highlights of key performance data, and recommendations for optimizations and future campaigns.

    · Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

    · Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.

    · Develop and manage editorial governance, so content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.

    · Serve as the subject matter expert for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and overall digital marketing trends.

     

    Basic Qualifications

     

    · Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    · 3+ years of experience in digital marketing either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.

    · 2+ years of experience with Facebook/Instagram campaign management either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.

    · Preferred Qualifications

    · 2+ years of experience marketing consumer electronics goods and associated services.

    · 1+ year of experience working with large data sets and complex analyses.

    · Proven ability to oversee and optimize marketing technology, customer journey, multi-touch attribution, and cross-channel ad sequencing

    · Strong analytical skills and agility to quickly understand and communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.

    · Understanding of e-commerce content best practices and trends

    · Strong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact across business functions to deliver effective marketing programs

    · Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
