What You'll Actually Do
As a Canine Coach/Rover, you will learn how to safely and confidently care for groups of dogs of different sizes, personalities and energy levels.
You will:
Supervise dogs in our open-play rooms
Reward positive behaviors and redirect dogs when needed
Manage the energy and safety of the playroom
Lead games, enrichment and activities
Keep our playrooms clean, healthy and safe
Assist in our Spa by bathing dogs, trimming nails and helping with basic grooming services
And yes, cleaning up after dogs is part of caring for dogs.

You must be able to:
Be around groups of dogs of all sizes
Lift up to 40 pounds
Work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays
Work at a Top Dog Facility
Our Canine Coaches receive structured training in dog behavior, body language, positive reinforcement, redirection, safe playroom management and canine care.
You'll learn what it means to show up, be accountable, care for others, work as a team and have others depend on you. Those are skills you'll take into whatever comes next.
