Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Canistota, SD 57012, USA

Shift: Evenings (2:30 PM – 10:00 PM) | Day shift also available (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Salary: $18.50 – $25.50/hour + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and vital signs. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs and resident behaviors
• Support meal times and hydration
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of linens and supplies
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program approved by the state and facility
• Strong communication skills and ability to use electronic medical records
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities required in resident care
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
