    Cannabis Brand Representative | Retail Events & Field Marketing Southern New Jersey (Field-Based)
    $50,000 Base Salary + Incentive Pay + Mileage Reimbursement

    The Clear is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Brand Development Representative to drive brand awareness and engagement throughout Southern New Jersey. This is a highly interactive field marketing role focused on retail activations, dispensary relationships, budtender education, and consumer engagement.

    This position requires frequent travel throughout Southern New Jersey. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Represent The Clear at dispensaries, retail events, trade shows, pop-ups, and promotional activations
    • Conduct engaging product and budtender trainings
    • Execute in-store demonstrations and consumer engagement events
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, store managers, and retail staff
    • Install and maintain branded displays, merchandising materials, and promotional assets
    • Drive awareness of promotions, contests, and brand initiatives
    • Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to support product sell-through
    • Prospect and identify opportunities within existing and new retail accounts
    • Attend community and industry events as a brand ambassador
    • Track activities, contacts, and event outcomes within Salesforce
    • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for The Clear product portfolio

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 1+ year of experience in retail, events, field marketing, promotions, customer engagement, cannabis, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or brand ambassador roles
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting trainings
    • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to obtain a New Jersey Cannabis Employee ID Card
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    • Cannabis industry experience
    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
    • Experience using Canva, Learn Brands, Sparkplug, or similar platforms
    • Budtender education and retail merchandising experience

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand for extended periods during events and activations
    • Ability to set up and break down promotional materials and event displays
    • Frequent travel throughout Southern New Jersey
    • Frequent evening, weekend and holiday work required for events and activations

    Pay: $50,000 annual base pay + performance incentives + mileage reimbursement
