    Uniflora Holistics is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cannabis industry, driven by sales, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. As a commission-based sales associate, you will have the opportunity to grow your income based on performance, while educating customers about Uniflora Holistics’ product line and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

    Northern Minnesota candidates are preferred!!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

    Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, cannabis strains, consumption methods, and industry regulations.

    Customer Education: Educate customers on the safe and effective use of cannabis products, including dosage, methods of consumption, and expected effects.

    Merchandising & Inventory: Assist in organizing and stocking products, ensuring proper inventory levels and visually appealing displays.

    Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and comply with all legal requirements and company policies related to cannabis sales.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

    Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earning potential.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in the cannabis or related retail industries. (Preferred, but not required)

    Knowledge: Strong understanding of cannabis products, effects, and benefits.

    Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

    Dependability: Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

    Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.

    Compliance: Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check as required by state law.

    Compensation:

    This is a commission-based position with no base salary. Earning potential is based on individual sales performance.
