    Erebus Team Consulting is a fast-growing cannabis sales and business development firm representing three licensed, premium cannabis brands in the New York State market. We specialize in helping dispensaries and licensed operators access high-quality, compliant cannabis products that meet the needs of a dynamic and expanding customer base.

    We’re looking for highly motivated, well-connected, and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a unique opportunity to grow your book of business and earn uncapped commissions in a rapidly expanding industry.

    Position Summary:

    As a B2B Outside Sales Rep, you will be the face of Erebus Team Consulting in the field—building relationships with licensed dispensaries, delivery services, and retail operators across New York. You’ll introduce our portfolio of partner brands, close orders, and act as a trusted advisor to cannabis buyers and managers.

    This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in cannabis sales, CPG, or related B2B industries, who thrives on autonomy and has strong existing relationships in the NYS cannabis space.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a territory of licensed cannabis retailers across New York State
    • Prospect, pitch, and close wholesale B2B accounts for our partner brands
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to support sell-through and reorders
    • Educate clients on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and brand value
    • Track orders, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate CRM records
    • Represent Erebus and our brand partners professionally and compliantly at all times
    • Stay informed about evolving cannabis regulations in NYS

    Qualifications:

    • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in cannabis, beverage/alcohol, or CPG
    • Existing relationships with licensed cannabis dispensaries is highly preferred
    • Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
    • Knowledge of NYS Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations a plus
    • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
    • Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry
