Director Supply Chain

Our client, a cannabis company is looking for a Director of Supply Chain to manage sourcing, outsourced manufacturing, quality, supply chain, department budget, P&L and lead the supply team to ensure efficient operations and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an efficient global supply chain and drive inventory planning models to support rapid growth
• Negotiate and evaluate the performance and KPI's for all suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Implement an effective sourcing strategy and collaborate with internal teams on new product development and launches with suppliers and co-manufacturers
• Manage and improve QA policies, procedures and compliance with suppliers
• Drive continual improvements and cost reduction strategies

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
• Over 7 years in supply chain management in a food production environment
• Over 5 years leading a a team

Compensation: $140,000
