    Our client, a vertically integrated California Cannabis operator, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory control and METRC of their Cultivation facilities. This role requires candidates to be onsite everyday of the week and will report to the Director of Operations. 

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage inventory control and METRC
    • Work closely with Cultivation Manager and Accounting Department and report monthly plant inventory counts.
    • Ensure METRC tagging of plants is compliant.
    • Ensure accuracy and completion of daily METRC uploads.
    • Work cooperatively with cultivators and Cultivation Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate harvests, plant transfers, and cloning.
    • Coordinate cycle counts.
    • Investigate any inventory variances and provide a detailed report of findings, corrective actions, and preventative action.
    • Verify that flower room and harvest room manifests are up to date and accurate.
    • Develop forms, spreadsheets, SOPs, and training materials to facilitate efficient and accurate record keeping.
    • Report on cultivation key performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
    • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
    • Recruit and train new staff on inventory and data-entry tracking procedures; provide feedback and coaching as needed.
    • Attend management meetings as needed.
    • Controlling & Preventing Loss
    • Oversees all cannabis inventory counts for cultivation.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior Cannabis experience required
    • Experience with METRC
    • Strong management and communication skills
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • High degree of data entry accuracy.
    • Tech savvy, experience using MS Excel and Word.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services, preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Compensation: $90k-$110k based on experience, plus benefits
