    Our client is looking for a driven Channel Sales Manager to join their growing team. The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing dispensary accounts state wide, and acquisition of new dispensary accounts.

    The Channel Sales Manager will support and drive business to dispensary accounts through staff training, marketing opportunities, events vendor days, partnerships.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Dispensary account management including management of Northern California sales representatives and statewide dispensaries
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Assists with order fulfillment duties as needed
    • Follows all compliance procedures in accordance with The Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA).
    • Seek new dispensary leads through networking, referrals, website, on-site visits, and cold calling
    • Coordinate with Marketing Manager to create marketing strategy for new products and new territories
    • Coordinate sales numbers and strain mix between dispensaries and company operations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 4 plus years experience in sales and customer service, 1 year experience in the cannabis industry preferred
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory management software
    • Proven negotiator, proven ability to close deals and keep long term customers

    Compensation: $80k to $85 plus commission
