    Our client a leader in the medicinal and recreational cannabis industry, offering best-in-class products for its clients and customers is seeking an Inside Sales Rep. With corporate offices in Long Beach, California, our client is poised to become a national leader in the emerging cannabis industry. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, execute, and deliver agreed-to results by presenting, promoting, and selling Moxie products to existing and prospective licensed customers by phone and email using compelling arguments.Develop personal skills to grow with Moxie as the business grows.
    • Work closely with other team members to understand the client’s needs
    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure all accounts are contacted
    • Book orders for the active customer base
    • Grow the existing account base through upselling, promos and educating of new products
    • Process orders and update the system to reflect the new orders taken
    • Maintain a high level of customer service
    • Build rapport with customers and suppliers through friendly, engaging communication
    • Analyze the market opportunity for Tier 3 accounts & prospects (new Licensees)
    • Create plans to meet weekly and monthly sales goals with new and existing customers
    • Track prospects and sales through the sales funnel
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and with other departments
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and other KPIs within schedule
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Generate new leads by cold calling new prospects
    • Develop and manage revenue pipeline by converting leads to prospects and then to customers
    • Assist customers by implementing sell-through programs
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-3 Years in Sales (Consumer Product)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
    • Previous Inside Sales Specialist experience is required
    • Attention to detail
    • Prior working experience with CRM systems & Excel
    • Knowledge of Cannabis is a plus but not a must
    • Proven track record of success
    • Bachelor's degree or High school diploma with equivalent experience
    • Demonstrates high levels of initiative and innovation
    • Highly motivated and target driven
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Flexible and adaptable to do what is needed to achieve results inside a high growth company
    • Proven prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

    Compensation: $50-55k Plus Benefit and PTO
