Our client, a vertically integrated Cannabis company based out of Southern California, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative for the San Diego, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

The company cultivates their own premium flower, along with manufacturing high-quality concentrates and edibles.

The Territory Sales Representative will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales, and frequent travel is required in order to establish client meetings, prospecting, conduct trainings, and maintaining buyer relationships. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting accounts and generating new leads                                                                    
• Setting up meetings with dispensary buyers
• Establishing and maintaining relationships
• Meeting customer needs, problem solving, and processing orders.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue sales goals.
• Executing in store demos and educating consumers
• Setting up and executing in store staff trainings to educate the staff about the brand, products and company mission
• Utilizing company CRM to manage accounts
• Brand outreach at public events
• Weekly reports to Sales Director
• Strong communication between sales team regarding related sales activities such as: Leads, travel schedule, event participation, and dispensary demonstration calendars

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience in Cannabis or related field
• Possess proven customer service and sales track record.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Degree preferred but not required
• Cannabis knowledge and experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 21 years or older

Compensation:  Option for Salary Plus Commission or Commission Only plus benefits including Health and PTO
