    Our client, a premier cannabis company with a number of popular products, is searching for a Program Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating the launch of the companies products in various states.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead monthly operations reviews with each state partner, report on trends and analytics to general manager and make recommendations to optimize time to launch, production processes and costs for state partner product SKUs
    • Develop strong relationships with functions across the company and works with other leads to ensure staffing and prioritization of resources to build strong relationships with each state partner’s operations team
    • Build out and manage project plans and timelines for each state’s new product launches and communicate cross-functional project updates across the organization and to upper management
    • Develop strong understanding of company product development and production process to support licensing partners production launch and ongoing production operations
    • Take key learnings and successful tactics from the corporate operations and institute them in the state partner production facilities

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 6+ years of experience in program management, production operations and/ or commercialization is required
    • MUST have FOOD or BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING experience!
    • Must be able to travel 25% of the time
    • Must display strong interpersonal skills and proven work experience managing people and building relationships
    • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively influence both internal/external customers and relationships

    Compensation: $100k to $125k plus benefits
