A rapidly growing Executive Search and Staffing Firm in the Cannabis/CBD/Hemp industry seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
As the Business Development Manager, your sole responsibility will be to help identify and secure new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new industry specific clients and build relationships with the executives.
- Successfully partner with the Recruiting Managers to develop new business.
- Weekly communication with an active book of business to ensure clients are satisfied with their contracts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Executive team to ensure that company brand is best represented
- Attend Networking Events and Tradeshows to build relationships as well as nurture existing relationships.
- Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast paced work environment.
Qualifications:
- A great desire to work within the Cannabis Industry, with the knowledge and understanding of all verticals of the Industry.
- Must have experience building a book of business in a high volume service environment.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline-driven.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle agency recruiting experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with applicant tracking using integrated customized CRM, Gmail Suite including Docs, Sheets and Calendar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with the occasional Saturday or weekends as necessary.
Compensation: Base Salary plus commission and benefits
