THE LAW OFFICE OF CANNON & ACOSTA, LLP., IS SEEKING A SPANISH SPEAKING ATTORNEY TO BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM! YOU WILL REPRESENT CLIENTS IN CAR ACCIDENTS, CONSTRUCTION SITE ACCIDENTS, SLIP AND FALL, WORK ACCIDENTS AND OTHER PERSONAL INJURY MATTERS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct Intakes

· Take depositions and appear at Court conferences

· Conduct Trials, Mediations, and Arbitrations

· Research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings

· Communicate with clients, defense attorneys, and insurance adjusters

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be admitted to New York State Bar

· Admitted for at least 2-3 years

· Must speak fluent Spanish 

   Ability to build rapport with clients

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
