We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our high-performance team. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support, balances multiple executive-level priorities, and exercises professional judgment and common sense with superior communication and organizational skills. Qualified candidates must demonstrate a record of success providing executive-level support. This position reports directly to the Firm Administrator and Owner. Responsibilities: • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Firm Administrator including creating, producing and maintaining reports, managing confidential information, conducting research, managing communications, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of information to the executive team • Actively participate in staff meetings with the Owner and Staff. Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Schedule and organize meetings and events, manage multiple calendars of appointments, develop meeting agendas, handle invitations • Manage the Firm’s social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs. • Ensure that travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings are organized and up to date • Execute other administrative tasks that facilitate the Firm Administrator's ability to effectively lead the firm • Manage general office duties (maintain filing systems, ordering office equipment and supplies) Qualifications: • Qualified candidates must demonstrate a record of success in providing executive-level support. • 2+ years of Executive Administrative experience and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple executive-level priorities, exercise professional judgment, and communicate effectively • A commitment to the mission and values of the Firm • Is proactive, detail-oriented, a team player, possesses a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to multitask • Demonstrated ability to anticipate Owner and Firm Administrator needs in daily operations and prepare accordingly • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Experience with Microsoft Office platform and tools Compensation: $40,000 - $51,000
