Protocol and network fundamental knowledge for troubleshooting and set-up ·

Monitoring experience ·

Experience setting up video cot for meetings, conferences, webinars, presentations, etc. working on a team of 3.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all video conferencing equipment in a corporate setting 
• Troubleshoot and monitor the video conferences and meetings
• Research and test new video conferencing technology
  

Requirements:

• Two+ years of experience as an Audio Video Technician / Video Conferencing Specialist · Experience using WebEx and Tandberg / Cisco equipment preferred ·
• Protocol and network fundamental knowledge for troubleshooting and set-up ·
• Monitoring experience ·
• Experience setting up video conferences and meeting using audio video equipment · Experience training users of all technical levels ·
• Excellent customer service skills and a team player ·
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

This is a full time role with excellent benefits. In-office in Boston 5 days a week.
