Looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is a driven business professional with exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking, systems thinking and interpersonal skills eager to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibility Summary:
- Liaison between Information Systems, Business Stakeholders, and Product Owners to maintain, enhance or integrate firm systems and data by serving on cross functional project teams in support of Analytic Solutions and Services.
- Identify current and future potential enterprise use cases of Analytic Solutions by interfacing with data & analytics teams as well as business units across the enterprise.
- Support strategic communications with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders.
- Create, maintain and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases and test cases.
- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in identification of new features, data integrations, and software recommendations that enable self-service analytics and reporting for the Firm.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a business intelligence, data science, business analytics or comparable data engineering role, including data warehousing and visualization tools, techniques and technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical communities
- Experience with Visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.), Data Preparation tools (Alteryx, etc.) or BI tools (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, etc.)
- Strong presentation abilities and experience with data analysis, including data architecture, data modeling, querying and data sourcing
