Project Manager needed with experience managing KPI’s, writing SOWs and for expanding product suite. We need a creative problem solver and someone who combines natural leadership skills with a client service mindset. Have you had success streamlining processes and improving user experience for consumer-friendly software? Led or been part of a team optimizing OMS systems? You will take ownership of projects and provide guidance to software teams throughout the process from planning to launch and then with ongoing support. REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a commercial software implementation environment.

Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively on project timeline and meet deadlines.

Must have experience managing KPIs and writing SOW’s.

OMS experience desired. Manhattan Active Omni ideal.

Scripting experience in javascript, Python, or any previous coding experience a plus.

API integration knowledge.

Client service-oriented mindset and excellent creative problem-solving ability.

Outstanding collaboration and client-facing communication skills.

Bachelors Degree required.
