  • Responsibilities

    Full time Desktop Support Specialist opportunity who willplay a crucial role in maintaining the firm’s technology infrastructure, providing technical assistance to end-users, and contributing to system improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide advanced troubleshooting for end-user computing issues
    • Administer tech support tickets
    • Manage hardware and software provisioning
    • Assist with maintaining network infrastructure
    • Provide after-hours support on rotation

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years of Desktop Support experience in a professional setting
    • Experience with onboarding, Active Directory, Office 365, hardware/software, etc.
    • Experience with technology service providers/vendors
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
