    Desktop Support / Jr. Systems Administrator

    Amidst the pandemic we are still looking to hire a Desktop Support/ Junior Systems Administrator.Join the systems engineering team, providing Level I and Level II support for 300+ users in a Windows, VMware, Office 365 environment. Ideal candidate will have well rounded skills supporting Windows Serve infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and some SQL Server database. Tier II client support experience desired as you will be handling executive leadership teams as well as business units helping everyone ramp up work from home and remote capabilities. You’ll have an opportunity to grow your career and increase your experience interacting with different levels of management, researching new technology solutions, and helping to improve overall network and application performance for users. Previous remote support experience highly desired as there are four other locations nearby. In-house position. No travel required. Remote work accommodated for the foreseeable future.

    REQUIREMENTS

    3+ years supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange

    2+ years of application support experience and client interaction.

    2+ years of supporting virtualized environments, VMware, Hyper-V experience

    Good foundation of security best practices

    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze security risks.

    Office 360 expertise a plus.

    Problem solving ability and creative thinking aptitude.

    Commitment to staying up to date with new technologies and practices.

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience required.
