Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Comfort Advisors and Selling Techs with all Sales and New HVAC Installation needs.
• Answer and schedule customer sales appointment requests via phone, website, and email.
• Answer all customer questions regarding upcoming estimate and installation appointments.
• Work hand in hand with HERS rater to schedule HERS appointments and final inspections for installations.
• Pull Permits when needed.
• Upload all documents related to sales and installation appointments to customer rerecords on Service Titan.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Input all new equipment information into Service Titan.
• Assists customers with Financing process when needed.
• Call customers to collect on past due installation and sales invoices.
• Make Follow Up calls for open estimates (Added commission if follow ups are converted to sold estimates).
• Make "Happy Calls" to all new sales and installation customers to provide further excellent customer service.
• Support general office activities as needed.
