Job Summary

We are seeking a Roof Inspector to join our team! As an Inspector, you will be traveling to different clients’ homes or job sites, conversing with the homeowner about the damage found, helping them file a claim with insurance, and meeting with insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate has experience in climbing roofs, identifying damage, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to different job sites to climb roofs for initial roof inspections to identify damage and mark said damage with chalk.

Conversate with the homeowner about damage found and assist them with filing a claim with their insurance.

Flying a company-provided drone for aerial pictures

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment subject to frequent changes in priorities

A clean driving record

Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations

The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions

Job Details

W-2, Full-Time

$60k Annual Salary

$50 per inspection

$150 per claim filed

We provide all equipment & marketing materials

You will need to provide your own vehicle that can carry a ladder

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Weekends as needed
