Job description
Canopy Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and provide exceptional service to homeowners in the Metro Atlanta area. You'll help homeowners with their roofing needs, like insurance claims and storm damage inspections.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calls scheduling inspections for homeowners.
Answering inbound calls to schedule inspections for homeowners.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Spanish - fluent or proficient
Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
