Cantey Foundation Specialists, a regional leader in the foundation repair and concrete industry, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will contact our customers with unsold proposals for the purpose of asking them for their business. You may also provide support to our customer care team in scheduling appointments.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

• Follow-up with customers by telephone for the purpose of selling previously unsold proposals
• Constant communication with outside sales team to ensure a remarkable customer experience
• Performs tasks to support other departments within the company from time to time
• Regularly maintain and update customer files
• Meet or exceed sales goals

WHAT WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

• 1+ year(s) of sales experience, preferably inside sales
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Persistence and positive attitude in making a large number of customer calls each day
