    Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

    About the Role

    We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Canva Flourish team! As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing new relationships, and engaging with new customers. You’ll work with the team to identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close deals.

    What you'll do:

    • You will build relationships with potential customers
    • You will identify customer needs and build tailored solutions
    • You will negotiate contracts and close deals
    • You will develop and implement a sales plan
    • You will collaborate with the wider sales team to foster client growth and adoption
    • You will keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
    • You will proactively outreach and sell to large global brands
    • You will prepare and conduct pitches and presentations
    • You will conduct and coordinate the sales process
    • You will systematically track every sales stage in our CRM system

    You're probably a match if:

    • In-depth sales experience with a preference for digital sales
    • Passion for media, web content, and data
    • Proficient in prospecting and cold calling
    • Proven understanding of digital marketing and digital content trends
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and ability to promote and sell to blue-chip brands
    • Self-motivated with a desire to learn
    • Ability to be creative with client solutions
    • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to tell a compelling story
    • Previous successes with achieving goals and targets
    • Comfortable with ambiguity
