The right candidate will have a current insurance license and bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus.

• Have California Property & Casualty license
• Bilingual a big plus

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone for personal lines clients
• Build rapport and provide high-level customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
• Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction
• Aide in cross selling

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic Self Starter who can take the ball and run with it
• Multi-tasking ability, detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and the ability to empathize with customers
• Solid computer and typing skills; PC literate in a Windows environment
• Excellent Customer Service
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Must have a California Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Must be able to clear background upon contingent offer of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
