    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will provide drill bit knowledge and service to the customer while representing Caprock Drill Bits with professionalism. Good communication with customer and internal team members is critical. Candidate will show ability to develop a trusted working relationship and share industry knowledge with customer when needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Daily travel to rig site to drop off and/or pick up product
    • Convey product and services to customers in-person or over the phone
    • Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
    • Track and document pertinent information
    • Input drill bit record into company database
    • Warehouse duties (i.e., cleaning and inventory control)
    • Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
    • Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Oil & Energy experience helpful
    • Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Willingness & ability to travel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
