Job Description

Specific responsibilities for the Data Architect position include:

• Interpret and deliver strategies to client that improve data integration, data quality and data delivery in support of business initiatives and roadmaps. 
• Collaborate with end users, development staff, and business analysts to ensure that prospective data architecture plans maximize the value of client data. 
• Design cloud data architecture to support reporting and analytics for structured and unstructured data. 
• Analyze differences between architectural data solutions including the advantages/disadvantages of each. 
• Gather functional data requirements and analyze functional design process. 
• Document and set standards for data management/governance to client.  
• Help develop implementation roadmap needed to eliminate the gap between current state and future client goals.  
• Assess architectural components of reporting analytics based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics or related/equivalent with coursework in Data Analytics.
• 1 year of experience as a Data Science Consultant using Tableau software or related with 6 months of that experience in the financial sector.
