Our Workday Analyst position is best-suited for someone that is interested in having the opportunity to work within all areas of Workday and enjoys building their Workday subject matter expertise. In this position you will have the opportunity to deliver valued work that will improve employee experience and provide leadership with insights and analytics.

Responsibilities include working directly with department leads to understand challenges and opportunities, develop and present recommendations and implement solutions. Scope of work includes configuration, report development, maintaining data integrity and delivering new features and enhancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical and functional expertise to Enterprise Application team
• Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements
• Identify functionality requiring custom logic to meet requirements and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Develop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support
• Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define and document business requirements
• Identify and map relevant system integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years’ experience with Workday
• Experience designing and implementing Workday solutions
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and BIRT
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
• Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet business needs and participate in system configuration
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
