Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and certifications in one or more scaling frameworks - SAFe Program Consultant certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence or other Agile delivery tools
- Previous experience as a Product Owner is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
- CSM, CSPO and higher certification or equivalent preferred
- 5+ year experience with Scrum / Kanban Methodologies
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping and lean product development leading practices
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
- Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
- Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically 2 to 4 days a week
