    Job Description

    The Financial Business Analyst will Assist The Chairman of the Board and Sports Business Manager in the creation of a sports business unit. 

    The Specific responsibilities include:

    • Development of various types of financial models to determine viability of several sports business
    • Create several business plans and pitch books for investors that explain the new business strategy services and financial projections 
    • Develop relationships with sports business unit team members,  new and existing clients in order to learn what customers needs
    • Partner with development team to understand key use cases and translate these into possible new services for sale
    • Perform competitive analysis of other sports related businesses
    • Affinity for current sports data trends, events, critical issues, and relevant news.
    • Experience with sports data analytics preferred

    Specific qualifications for The Financial Business Analyst:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Analyst position) from undergraduate business or entrepreneurial school
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
    • Understanding of SAAS software business preferred 
    • Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
    • Strong communication and networking skills.
    • Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
    • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
    • Strong financial modeling skills
