We seek bold, creative, and systems-thinking leaders - former Managers, Administrators, Deputy Directors, and Directors - ready to capacity-build one-on-one to coach, model, and catalyze sustainable change. You'll help us deliver practical, tangible, and actionable solutions to elevate leadership, strengthen programs, and improve lives.
What You'll Do:
What You Bring:
Recent NC DSS/HHS leadership experience (within the last 3 years), with 8 to 10+ years total in the field (this is non-negotiable)
Expertise in NC policy, CQI, and practice models like Safety Organized Practice and PATH NC
Deep knowledge of NC policy, practice, continuous quality improvement practices, and strong relationships at the NC DHHS and local levels
Strong organization skills to lead teams of consultants, partner with Directors, and lead fast-paced systems improvement efforts
Confidence in designing A4O-branded, research-based, experiential training and facilitation tools
Ability to build the capacity of other supervisors, managers, and administrators through a specific neuroscience-based Capacity-Building model
Strong statewide relationships and deep system-level thinking
A collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach to managing change
Comfort with remote tools, independent work, and fast-paced environments
Passion for building the capacity of others, grounded in A4O's neuroscience-informed model
